The work tasks would consist of developing different types of presentation models, color and trim bucks and show models. The consultant would be expected to have the necessary skills to be able to prep and dress models to a high standard.

Job Functions:
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for high voltage power electronics including Onboard Charger, DC-DC and High Voltage BMS.
Design, troubleshoot and maintain automated Prototype, Functional and End of Line testers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product requirements, hardware validation and failure analysis
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
2-7 years experience as a Hardware Engineer or Hardware Test Engineer.
Experience in hardware bring-up and test automation.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize End of Line testers for production reliability.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

10048 Contract On-Site On-Hold Vehicle Integration Technician:
Technicon Design US is seeking an experienced and talented automotive Vehicle Integration Technician with a strong desire to work in a collaborative lab shaping the vehicles of tomorrow.
This position is located in the southern Los Angeles area. It is a contract opportunity (6 months to 1 year to start).
Job Functions:
Diagnose and repair ECU’s and PCB’s, including prototypes and test bench setups.
Communicate with fellow team members (engineers, managers or other technicians) to provide technical support.
Maintain detailed records of work completed and create documentation for test and assembly processes.
Rework printed circuit boards according to engineering specifications and standards.
This position is for someone with basic skills of soldering, making wiring harnesses, testing components and PCB’s using “test stations”, not analytical testing. Small units will be assembled and sent for assembly into Electric vehicles.
Qualifications:
2 – 4 years experience in electronic/ engineering labs
Technology/ Technician degree or equivalent experience
Electric vehicle experience is preferred
Strong electrical knowledge with soldering and harnessing skills
Familiarity with test equipment like voltmeters, oscilloscopes and network analyzers
Pay Range: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
