The Senior Visualization Design Specialist will generate 2D and 3D visualization material, with a special focus on Interior, CMF, and Accessory products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating world-class, compelling imagery and video from start to finish. They will be a key part of a design team, communicating closely around sketches, 3D data, material samples, physical models, and VR set-ups. The responsibilities of the Senior Visualization Design Specialist include but are not limited to the following:
Create stunning, photorealistic 2D and 3D visualization to support studio reviews, executive presentations, and marketing materials.
Scan materials and textures to create a robust and organized CMF library.
Work closely with interior, CMF, and accessory design teams to translate concepts into compelling visual representations.
Manage and prioritize visualization projects and ensure timely delivery.
Partner with design and interdepartmental teams to integrate visual elements and brand identity seamlessly.
Supply virtual renditions of ideas, design decisions, and appearance recommendations to senior level stakeholders.
Optimize content and workflow to enhance performance and collaboration, implementing new visualization techniques to improve quality and creativity.
Stay current with the latest automotive trends, software, and technologies.
What you bring to the team:
5+ years professional work experience as a visualization artist.
Successful contribution to the completion of production and/or concept vehicle program(s).
An excellent command of visual communication and evaluation is a must.
Expert proficiency in Autodesk Alias and VRED.
Expert proficiency in Blender.
Experience in Unreal Engine a big plus.
Start-to-finish project management and accountability.
Clear, consistent visual, verbal. skills.
Familiarity of milling and rapid prototyping tools.

As a Motion Graphics Artist will specialize in creating captivating light experiences both inside and outside of our electric vehicles, and in doing so - collaborating closely with our User interface and User Experience designers to pioneer concepts that feature within the car’s infotainment screens, Navigation & dials displays, and lamps – both exterior and interior lighting to their full potential.
The Motion Graphic Designer will work predominantly within the early phases of design, crafting cutting-edge visuals, spanning 2D/3D graphics and animations, that strengthen our brand DNA in the area of the Vehicle Lighting Design. From ideation to execution, you'll bring your concepts to life. Progressing through the product phases, you will work closely with suppliers to seamlessly integrate your designs into our vehicle platforms. Supporting the Vehicle Lighting Chief Designers, you will play a significant role in shaping our Vehicle Branding and Identity within the crucial area of Vehicle Lighting.
Qualifications / Skills
A recognized qualification within Visual Design, Graphic Design, Motion Graphics
Circa 4 years of experience within a related area – automotive experience distinctly beneficial
A strong portfolio demonstrating creative 2D-3D work, post-production work, VFX, and
