Technicon Design is looking for an experienced Senior CMF Designer to start a 6 month rolling contract roll, inside IR35. With 5-7 years minimum experience in automotive CMF Design.

What You Will Do as Senior CMF Designer;

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cutting-edge colour, material, and finish designs for automotive interiors and exteriors
• Research and analyse emerging trends, materials, and technologies to ensure designs are innovative and market-leading
• Create and present mood boards, material swatches, and design concepts to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals
• Work closely with suppliers to source and develop materials that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements
• Support the development of prototypes and production-ready designs, ensuring quality and consistency throughout the process
• Maintain a strong focus on sustainability, ensuring all designs align with the company's commitment to environmentally responsible practices
