Expectations:
Onboarding required for tooling knowledge, immersion, and approach to Critical User Journeys
Experience leading end-to-end research studies
Experience coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders
Experience conducting interview and survey-based studies
Prefer candidates with experience standing up new research programs
Prefer candidates with prior experience working on usability and/or enterprise tooling
Potential pay range - $80/hr and up, dependent on experience.
