As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining servers and providing daily IT support.
Your primary tasks will involve setting up and managing servers, overseeing our vision lab, and ensuring the efficient operation of our cloud XR / server structures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain servers for AI applications and daily IT operations.
- Oversee the cloud XR / server structure.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for server-related issues.
- Ensure the security and reliability of server and cloud systems.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement improvements and upgrades.
- Maintain documentation of server configurations and procedures.
- Assist with other IT-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support and server management.
- Strong knowledge of server setup and maintenance.
- Familiarity with Cloud XR technologies and server structures.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
