Requirements
- Minimum of 15 + years of professional experience in creating clay models for major automotive design studios.
- Expert knowledge and understanding of manual surface development
- Experience 5 years' coordinating work with Design Managers, Senior Engineers, Color and Trim Designers, and Chief Designer to understand design and engineering requirements.
- Expert knowledge of model making techniques, tools, materials and equipment.
- Knowledge of Automotive Industry engineering and manufacturing.
- Able to support 3D printing of parts and machinery
- Know how to operate clay milling machines 5-axis
- Understanding how to scan clay models exterior and interior
- Expert in advanced design programs and managing project timeline and milestones
- Experience in creating/writing manuals for concept vehicles "how to properly use and maintain".
- Knowledge in how to support concepts to be set up for global events, clinics and photoshoots (logistics, security and planning).
- Expertise in fabricating components in case of damage on concepts.
- Experience in composite work for concepts or clay models, for exterior or interior components.
- Extensive knowledge in international logistics and security and CARNET documents.
- Knowledge in metal work and welding.
- Expert in Carbon fiber infusion.
- Experience in window tinting and vehicle wrapping and graphics.
- Hazardous Material handling and reporting/recycling.
- International drivers license
- Scissor and forklift certification and Stringo use knowledge.
Salary range: $60 - $70/hour
