Job Description: Senior Automotive Visualization Artist
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop photorealistic car visualizations using Unreal Engine.
- Ensure all assets maintain the highest quality standards, focusing on detail and realism.
- Partner with designers, modelers, and other artists to integrate visual elements seamlessly.
- Transform design concepts into lifelike visual representations through effective teamwork.
- Optimize visual content to enhance performance without sacrificing quality.
- Identify and resolve performance issues throughout the visualization process.
- Oversee visualization projects, manage timelines, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster their development.
- Stay current with the latest Unreal Engine and automotive visualization trends and technologies.
- Continuously implement new techniques to improve the quality of visual outputs.
Qualifications:

- At least 5 years of experience in Unreal Engine with a focus on automotive visualization.
- A robust portfolio showcasing high-quality car visualizations and experience with major OEMs.
- Proficiency in Unreal Engine, 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering.
- Familiarity with additional software such as 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, Photoshop, and Substance Painter is advantageous.
- A keen artistic eye for detail, composition, color, and lighting.
- Ability to create visually stunning and realistic renderings.
- Competence in managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills to ensure projects stay on track.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in a creative design studio environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Graphics, Visual Arts, Game Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Effective communicator with a structured and open mindset.
- Proficient in computer and presentation tools (MS Office, etc.).
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
