Required Skills:

• Proven experience in interior production design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating technical skills and creativity
• Ability to translate design concepts into detailed plans and specifications
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, and team members
• Proficiency in design software such as Blender or similar 3D visualization tools, Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant tools

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with large-scale or commercial interior projects
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices
• Ability to coordinate logistics and manage multiple project deadlines

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Automotive design or related field
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in interior production design

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to participate in site visits 
• Flexibility to adapt to project timelines and evolving project needs
