Automotive Senior Graphic Brand Designer
Gothenburg, Sweden - Contract

Our client is looking for two experienced Visual Identity Designers to join a high-performing Brand Design team and help shape the next generation of visual identity systems. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the evolution of a premium global brand, creating impactful design solutions across brand, product, and experience.

About the Assignment

You will support the development of our client's next-generation visual identity by:

• Refining and elevating the brand's visual expression towards a more premium and confident position
• Supporting the development of a new identity mini-system
• Creating clear, scalable visual principles across brand, product, and customer experience
• Working closely with internal design leadership from concept development through to execution

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative visual identity concepts and design directions
• Translate strategic objectives into high-quality visual solutions
• Create and evolve design systems covering:
  • Typography
  • Colour
  • Layout
  • Imagery
• Produce visualisations, mock-ups, presentations, and design documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency, alignment, and quality across all touchpoints

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in visual identity, brand, or communication design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating premium, luxury, or high-end brand aesthetics
• Proven experience developing and managing complex design systems
• Exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship across both digital and physical applications
• Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation skills
• Advanced proficiency in:
  • Figma
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • After Effects (advantageous)

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with automotive, technology, luxury, or consumer brands
• Experience working across European and Chinese business environments
• Passion for design, innovation, and shaping future customer experiences
• Willingness to travel occasionally if required

Additional Information

We are onboarding two designers in parallel to work closely with our internal team. The aim is to combine complementary perspectives while maintaining a highly collaborative and integrated way of working.
