Are you passionate about creating stunning automotive visualisations and immersive VR experiences? Technicon Design Sweden is currently seeking an experienced Design Visualisation Artist to join a leading automotive design team, helping bring vehicle concepts to life through world-class digital visualisation.

About the Role

As a Design Visualisation Artist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality interior and exterior visualisation models for real-time applications, VR experiences, presentations, and marketing content. Working closely with Interior, Exterior, and Colour & Material Designers, as well as Studio Engineers, you will play a key role in communicating design intent from concept through to final presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality interior and exterior visualisation models for real-time and VR environments.
• Produce photorealistic images and animations for design reviews and presentations.
• Develop high-quality marketing visuals and promotional content.
• Collaborate with Design, Colour & Material, and Engineering teams to ensure design accuracy.
• Prepare, optimise, and manage 3D data for visualisation purposes.
• Support projects throughout the entire design process, from concept development to final delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Visualisation Designer, Visualisation Artist, or 3D Artist within the automotive industry.
• Advanced proficiency in:
  • Blender
  • VRED
  • Photoshop
  • Unreal Engine
  • Substance Painter
• Strong experience preparing and optimising data for visualisation workflows.
• Excellent attention to detail and an eye for high-quality visual output.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary automotive design teams.

Desirable Skills

Experience with any of the following would be advantageous:

• Deltagen
• Alias
• Maya
• After Effects
• Nuke
• Modelling soft parts and detailed components in Maya
• VR systems and environments
• Strong technical understanding of computer hardware and visualisation systems
