Technical Excellence

  • Apply advanced digital modelling software expertise and engineering knowledge.
  • Produce surfaces that are visually compelling, manufacturable and functional.
  • Supply accurate CAS/Class A data to support clay models and physical prototypes.

Quality and Continuous Improvement

  • Take ownership of the quality of your own work.
  • Review and validate output against the clients standards before release.
  • Respond positively to feedback and actively seek opportunities to improve.
  • Stay up to date with industry developments, new technologies and surfacing techniques.

Communication and Teamworking

  • Keep the Lead Digital Modeller informed of progress, risks and project challenges.
  • Participate in VR and non-VR design reviews.
  • Support visualisation and animation activities through the creation of high-quality data.
  • Maintain clear records of project inputs, outputs and decisions.
