RESPONSIBILITIES:
•    Opportunities budget definition with Studio Manager and follow the progress of the expenses and billings.
•    Meeting organization for opportunity design milestones
•    Participation in meetings with Customers (external and internal) and follow up of opportunities. (budget, process, planning, action plan…)
•    MoM and action plan of each meeting; watch the systematic writing of a report with the associated design actions.
•    Conducting the team debriefing and / or communicate the information (Minutes Of Meetings, Requests For Quotation, briefs...) of the opportunities towards A&CD team.
•    Responsible for " Project design management" part (objective of the meeting, the schedules, milestones, brief, budget, action plan, REX….) for each meeting (in-house, with design partners and in front of Customer).
•    Ensuring that elements presented to the Customer are validated by the Project manager Alstom and/or the person in charge of the opportunity.
•    Interface of the opportunity for A&CD in connection with Studio Manager.
•    Workload to be updated according to the estimated loads and the needs to come.
•    A&CD meetings participation and tool completion (Project review, workload, REX …)
•    Use and implementation of methods, tools, way of working, processes available within A&CD
•    Participate to continuous improvement of “A&CD design project manager” métier  
•    Sharing awareness in project management tools and actions.
•    Manage the stamping and IP Map process.
•    Preparation and execution of Design Thinking workshops*:
•    Phase 1: exploration - living experimentation from the point of view of the user, identification and synthesis of the problems, the context, and the actors.
•    Phase 2: definition, identification of areas for reflection and innovation levers
•    Phase 3: multi-skill creative workshop, implementation of creative/brainstorming tools, experimentation
•    Design, Execution and Follow-up of internal or external presentations of our Idea Books/ R&D & Innovation booklet / Methods/ Processes: value, homogenize and make comprehensible the Creation of the Innovation and R&D phase. *  
•    * Specific responsibilities for project managers involved in innovation opportunities

DELIVERABLES:  
•    Microsoft office documents: Design Brief, PMP, DMP, Budget sheet, MoM, reports, Action plan, Risks sheet, Opportunity Dashboard, bi-weekly dashboard, Acceptance report, Milestone documents, PPT presentations …
•    Microsoft office template creation or update
•    In design documents: DMP
•    meetings organization, reporting
•    Workload tool completion
•    Data compilation
•    Rules, process and guidance creation and application
