At Technicon we are looking for someone who can help our client in building seamless, human-centric experiences across both digital and physical environments. As part of their cross-functional Digital & Interaction team, you’ll collaborate with Exterior, Interior, and Brand Design teams to create a cohesive and premium vehicle ecosystem.
🌟 The Role
As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll play a key role in designing innovative digital products and experiences. You’ll bring together strong design craft and strategic thinking to create intuitive, elegant, and engaging user experiences.
From early concept exploration to production-ready delivery, you’ll work across the full product lifecycle—transforming complex problems into simple, refined solutions.
🎯 What You’ll Do
- Take ownership of the full in-car experience
- Lead and contribute to design discussions and stakeholder engagement
- Create holistic, consistent user experiences across touchpoints
- Translate complex requirements into clear, user-friendly solutions
- Develop interaction flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs
- Ensure high design quality across all stages of the process
- Communicate ideas effectively to teams and stakeholders
✅ What We’re Looking For
Skills & Experience
- Strong eye for aesthetics, usability, and detail
- Experience designing intuitive, visually engaging digital interfaces
- Knowledge of UI motion and animation design
- Experience working with design systems and implementation specifications
- Proven collaboration with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, product, research)
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital UI/UX work
- Experience with:
- Interaction flows
- User research and usability testing

🌍 Additional Information
- 🌏 Travel to China: approx. 1–2 trips per year
- 🧠 High level of autonomy and responsibility within the team
- 🗣️ Fluent English (spoken and written) required
- 🚘 Driver’s licence required
