We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented UX Designer / UX Researcher to turn real user insights into impactful product decisions. You will play a key role in helping product and design teams build meaningful, user-centred experiences in an agile environment.

✨ Your role:

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research (user interviews, usability testing, field observations)
• Translate insights into clear product vision (target users, features, feasibility)
• Deliver key UX artefacts: personas, empathy maps, user journeys, UX maps, service blueprints, benchmarks
• Facilitate workshops and effectively communicate insights to cross-functional teams
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and tech teams in an agile setup

🔍 What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in UX Research / UX Design
• Strong expertise in qualitative research methods and analysis
• Solid experience producing UX deliverables and frameworks
• Knowledge of information architecture and product scoping
• Comfortable working in agile environments
• Automotive experience is a plus, but not required
