Program Lead – Automotive Technology & Innovation Team

Technicon Design Sweden is looking for a highly organized, strategic, and collaborative Program Lead (PL) to join our clients Technology & Innovation team.
In this pivotal role, you will be the operational backbone of our department, driving delivery excellence, optimizing ways of working, and ensuring our product initiatives move forward smoothly and efficiently.

🔑 What You’ll Do
🌍 Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary contact for project status, risks, and decisions.
- Coordinate with Product Line teams (China), Quality (VQM/DQM, China), and the Global Design PMO (China & Sweden).
- Align diverse stakeholders around goals, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Identify bottlenecks early and proactively unblock teams.
📦 Delivery Management
- Manage incoming requests and keep delivery timelines on track.
- Build and maintain project plans, milestones, and execution clarity.
- Ensure the right technical inputs are secured and shared across teams.
🌐 Expand Our Reach
- Lead special projects and innovation collaborations with external teams such as Marketing, Merchandise, Intelligent Drive, HMI, and others.
🔧 Process Optimization
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to refine workflows and improve collaboration efficiency.
📊 Tracking & Control
- Monitor budgets, scope shifts, and vehicle timeline changes.
- Track progress to ensure high‑quality, on‑time delivery.
- Document and communicate program updates and roadmaps.
🎓 What You Bring
- 5+ years in Program Management, Project Management, Design Operations, or similar roles—ideally in digital product development.
- Experience leading complex, cross‑functional programs from concept through launch.
- Strong organizational abilities with a talent for keeping multiple work streams aligned.
- Proficiency in project tools (Jira, Excel).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Comfortable working autonomously and navigating ambiguity.
Nice to Have
- Experience in automotive, software, consumer tech, or innovation environments.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development lifecycles.
- Headcount/capacity planning experience.
- Degree in Design, Business, Communications, Computer Science, or related field.
- Mandarin language skills.
