🌟 About the Team
The Client has a multidisciplinary group of Designers (Interior Light, Exterior Light, UX, Motion) and Software Engineers (Light/Sound algorithms, Unity/Android, Embedded/Driver, Tools, Front‑end & Back‑end).
Together, we explore the intersection of design and technology—creating prototypes, interactive tools, and innovative solutions that influence the next generation of automotive experiences.

🔧 About the Role
As a Senior Full‑Stack Developer, you will prototype and build interactive tools that enhance design workflows. Your work will span desktop applications, front‑end visual interfaces, and back‑end systems.
You will:
- Develop interactive tools using modern full‑stack frameworks
- Build front‑end applications for data visualization or design functionality
- Design and implement scalable back‑end systems
- Work across Python, C#, Java, and other languages as needed
- Contribute to system architecture, data modelling, and robust application logic
- Rapidly explore and adopt new tools required by innovative projects
- Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and product owners
🧩 Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands‑on expertise with React (hooks, state management, clean component architecture)
- Back‑end experience with Node.js and/or Flask
- Excellent proficiency in Python for robust application development
- Solid experience with database design, data modelling, and query optimisation
- Ability to design clean, scalable, modular system architectures
- Comfortable working across the full stack: front‑end → back‑end → database → deployment
- Ownership mindset: take features from concept to production
⭐ Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with real-time or event-driven systems
- Familiarity with Docker & containerized deployments
- CI/CD pipeline setup and monitoring
- Integrating third‑party APIs or external systems
- Understanding of networking protocols like MQTT and WebSocket
