✨ About the Role
As a Visual Merchant Designer, you will work at the intersection of interior architecture, visual merchandising, and brand experience. You will lead the creation of physical brand touchpoints—from concept development to execution on-site.
This role requires a unique blend of creativity, technical precision, global mindset, and design excellence.
🎨 Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative interior and visual concepts for brand experience environments, retail spaces, and exhibitions
- Translate brand identity into material palettes, furniture concepts, layouts, and spatial narratives
- Produce high‑quality 3D visualizations and renders for cross‑team alignment and stakeholder communication
- Collaborate with brand, retail, procurement, and external suppliers
- Support international on-site implementation and coordination
- Identify risks early and propose cost-effective, design-led solutions
🛠️ Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in interior, spatial, or architecture design
- Background in public, commercial, hospitality, or luxury retail environments
- Experience in international design studios across Europe and Asia
- Ability to take projects from concept to execution
- Technical proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- Rhino
- SketchUp
- Revit
- Blender
- V-Ray / 3ds Max
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong capability in producing conceptual and technical design documentation
- Excellent understanding of materiality, detailing, and construction
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
