We are looking for an experienced Design Manager to lead and coordinate design initiatives in the automotive sector. In this role, you will act as the bridge between creative teams and development processes, ensuring innovative solutions, smooth workflows, and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate automotive design projects, overseeing styling workflows and development processes

• Ensure efficient collaboration between design, engineering, and cross-functional teams

• Present design concepts clearly to international teams in English and Chinese

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality outcomes

• Implement structured and methodical approaches to research, workflow, and communication

• Encourage creativity and innovation while aligning with project goals

• Strong design communication and presentation skills
