Technicon is looking for a visionary and skilled Interior Creative Designer (m/f/d) to support the design team of a leading global automotive OEM in Munich. You will work directly onsite and contribute to the creation of next-generation interior experiences.
Develop forward-looking interior concepts that combine strong aesthetics with functional innovation.
Generate expressive sketches, renderings, and design boards to communicate creative directions.
Collaborate closely with modelling teams to translate ideas into refined 3D forms and interior volumes.
Incorporate new materials, technologies, and user-experience ideas into advanced interior proposals.
Support the full creative process from early ideation to high-level presentations.
Produce visually strong design documentation and presentations for internal reviews.
Use professional 2D/3D software to explore themes and articulate design intentions.
Stay informed about trends in interiors, materials, CMF, UX, and future mobility technologies.
Work cross-functionally with engineers, modelers, and design strategists to bring concepts to life.
Manage multiple design tasks in parallel while maintaining clarity, structure, and focus.
Contribute to creative discussions with strong design reasoning and fresh ideas.
Communicate clearly and work methodically in a fast-paced design studio environment.
Bring enthusiasm, initiative, and passion for interior design to the team.
Degree in Transportation Design, Interior Design, Industrial Design, or similar field.
Strong sketching ability and an excellent sense of form, proportion, and detail.
Confident in using 3D tools such as Alias, Rhino, Maya, or comparable software.
Skilled with presentation tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, and PowerPoint.
Creative thinker with the ability to integrate innovation into design proposals.
Structured, communicative, and comfortable collaborating in larger teams.
Highly motivated, curious, and passionate about automotive interior design.
Willing to work full-time onsite at the OEM location in Munich.
