Technicon Design US is seeking an experienced and talented Hardware Test Engineer who is eager to work collaboratively in a lab and shop environment, shaping the electric vehicles of tomorrow. This opportunity is onsite in the southern Los Angeles area.
Job Functions:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for high voltage power electronics including Onboard Charger, DC-DC and High Voltage BMS.
- Design, troubleshoot and maintain automated Prototype, Functional and End of Line testers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product requirements, hardware validation and failure analysis
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-7 years experience as a Hardware Engineer or Hardware Test Engineer.
- Experience in hardware bring-up and test automation.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize End of Line testers for production reliability.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Pay Range: $40 - $45 per hour
